Our client LamburnGeekie chose the services of VFK Groundwork’s to complete a high specification house with restricted access on a multi level site, delivering such projects is home for us.

Following a sewer diversion a cut fill exercise of the site was done to position the house into the mature surrounding grounds meaning the construction of waterproof RC retaining walls to support the ground and main structure, retaining landscaped areas was done using stone gabions and king post timber sleeper walls.

With such intricate designs planning of logistic and detail were priority to us succeeding. Extensive paving to pool and alfresco areas and block paved drive complemented this fantastic house.
