VFK were proud to be involved with this niche project for our client Fenton Homes who won the LABC “best residential and small commercial regional winner”.

The project consisted of 5 bespoke properties build on a redundant farm yard. Our brief was to carry out all aspects of groundworks from site preparation, road construction, strip foundations, substructures to block and beam, storm and foul drainage including individual foul treatment plants and drainage fields to each plot, services, driveway construction and patios.

All executed on time and on budget in a professional and safe manor.
